Metrovation Retail Resources (MERR) began in 2002 with Merrit Sher (founder of Terranomics Retail Services), Christine Firstenberg, and Mark Seiler. Our brokerage firm, Metrovation Brokerage, was rebranded as Metrovation Retail Resources beginning in 2020.

We are a retail brokerage firm whose focus is on everything retail. From ground-up shopping centers to mixed-use developments and downtown retail viability, getting the retail right takes a special touch.

Our focus on “getting the retail right” includes making certain zoning works for each and every tenant before time and money are invested. And being certain that the retail space in mixed-use and downtown developments has the proper designs by which the retailer can maximize its sales. Unlike other real estate categories, retail is the only category that places the success of a business on its location.
