Metrovation Retail Resources (MERR) began in 2002 with Merrit Sher (founder of Terranomics Retail Services), Christine Firstenberg and Mark Seiler.  That brokerage firm, Metrovation Brokerage, has been re-branded as Metrovation Retail Resources beginning in 2020.

MERR is a retail brokerage firm whose focus is on everything retail. From ground up shopping centers to mixed use developments and downtown retail viability, getting the retail right takes a special touch.
